I’m Emily, I love everything about food – doesn’t matter if it’s talking about it, exploring new restaurants and cafés, somebody cooking for me or of course making it myself. However, I don’t like to overcomplicate it. My style is simple, yet delicious recipes that anyone can enjoy. Here is where document them and why not share them?

My Background

I was born in Bonn, Germany and now live in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have started baking when I was a teenager and while I grew up with typical German coffee and cake, I now also enjoy exploring Danish bakeries and experimenting in my own kitchen. I like to mix it up to keep life interesting, but I also don’t want to buy million different ingredients or spend a lot of money, so we are keeping it simple – but always delicious.
